The Meridian offers two categories of listening protocol — each designed for a different state of body and mind. Both use binaural audio. The difference is in how you show up to listen.
If you are new here, read both descriptions below before choosing. The right protocol depends not on preference, but on what your body is doing when you press play.
Use while actively doing something — reading, writing, journaling, or working. Your body is upright, your mind is engaged.
Use while lying down or sitting in meditation. Your body is still, your focus is internal, and the protocol guides you deeper.
