Reading & Focus
Sustained concentration and mental clarity while studying or working
14 Hz · Beta
Open Guide

Purpose

Designed for
  • Reading and studying
  • Learning new material
  • Sustained concentration
  • Mental clarity while processing information
Not intended for
  • Meditation
  • Sleep
  • Creative brainstorming
  • Physical or movement-based tasks

How It Works

Each ear receives a slightly different tone. Your brain perceives the difference as a steady rhythm — a process called entrainment — which can support attention and alertness. At 14 Hz, the target falls within the beta range, commonly associated with active thinking, information processing, and calm alertness.

How to Use

  1. Use stereo headphones
  2. Set volume low and comfortable
  3. Begin audio before starting to read
  4. Read normally while the tones play in the background
You do not need to concentrate on the sound. Let it remain subtle while you focus on your material.

Session Length

  • 25–30 minutes for short study sessions
  • 45–60 minutes for deeper focus
  • Up to 90 minutes for extended reading
  • Avoid continuous use for several hours without breaks
  • Do not use close to bedtime

Best Times to Use

Helpful during
  • Morning or afternoon study
  • Reading sessions
  • Focused work periods
Avoid during
  • Late at night
  • When feeling overstimulated
  • Creative or reflective practices

What You May Notice

Effects may be subtle at first and vary by person. Some experience easier focus, less mental wandering, improved comprehension, and a smoother flow of attention. Regular use may help your mind associate this sound environment with a focused state.

Journaling & Inner Dialogue
Where awareness meets intuition — writing as a path to inner knowing
9 Hz · Alpha–Theta
Open Guide

Purpose

Designed for
  • Journaling and self-reflection
  • Inner dialogue and guidance
  • Emotional processing
  • Creative expression
  • Receiving intuitive insight
Not intended for
  • Focused analytical work
  • Deep sleep
  • Silent meditation
This protocol supports the space where awareness meets intuition — where questions meet answers — where the conscious and subconscious can speak together.

Why 9 Hz?

At 9 Hz, sitting between Alpha and Theta brainwaves, this state allows relaxed awareness, creative flow, and subconscious access — while maintaining clear motor function for writing. You remain awake and present, while becoming more receptive to inner knowing.

  • Writing while listening
  • Asking while receiving
  • Thinking while feeling

How to Use

  1. Sit comfortably — not lying down
  2. Have your journal and pen ready
  3. Use headphones, volume low and gentle
  4. Before starting, write your opening intention
  5. Begin writing anything that comes — do not judge or edit
  6. Let words move ahead of thought
Opening intention "I open myself to receive guidance from within. I trust what arises. Let the dialogue begin."

What to Expect

  • At first — subtle effects, easier flow, occasional insight
  • With regular use — faster entry into flow, clearer inner voice
  • Over time — writing becomes a form of meditation, insight becomes more consistent
Let the sound hold the space while the truth writes itself.
